Youjo Senki - Episode 1

Youjo Senki made by Studio NUT - debuts its first episode. The anime is set on war where the story is told in the perspective of the Empire with three main characters. The Empire is a great nation of brilliant minds and mages, but there geographical location is set where there 5 neighboring nations attacking at the same time. 

The first episode introduced us to two of the main characters Tanya Degurechaff, and Viktoriya Ivanovna Serebryakov.

 Tanya

Viktoriya one of the main characters with the same platoon with Tanya. She is the normal soldier as far as the story tells us

War genre anime tend to focus on either genius strategists, and or genius soldiers. Youjo Senki obviously has Tanya as the genius soldier. She is known to be ruthless while being so young.

The two soldiers who disobeyed her orders were tactically sent to the rear of army line, not knowing that it will get blasted.
